PRAGES - Practising Gender Equality in Science - Versione italiana

image University of Cambridge Cambridge University hosts the Gender Equality Network (GeNet) which is part of the Economic and Social Research Council’s (ESRC) Priority Network Programme.
GeNet is a multi-disciplinary, cross-institutional research programme that is investigating the complexities of inequalities both in paid work and unpaid family care, with a view to identifying how policy can intervene and promote real change.

The Network is concerned to investigate the changing occupational careers of women and men. It also investigates the career aspirations of young people and how gendered career choices can be traced back to aptitude and choices in childhood and adolescence.
GeNet undertakes much research that is of direct policy relevance including the role of responsible corporate governance for addressing gender inequalities and research that investigates the changing initiatives in work and care, both at the UK and EU levels.
